Through the pre-booking form and the contact page, we collect: name, email, phone number, journey dates and locations, and any details you provide. This data is used solely to process your request and organise your transport.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual measures. Data is kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.

Recipients

Your data is neither sold nor shared. It is accessible only to Gentleman's Drivers and its hosting provider (IONOS, hosted in the European Union).

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
